Good pics. I had such a blast today. More trucks than expected showed up, and all the crap talkers in the stands shut up when they seen Cole's truck and the silver '98 12 Valver make runs down the track. It still sucks that the silver '98 broke when it did, because it was on the verge of breaking into the 11s today.(Is it just me, or am I sounding like a broken record right now?)

Ya, today was a blast, I had a good time out there and im glad I got to meet everyone that showed up. I hear that it was the output shaft on the 12 valve that let go, oh well, they will get it fixed.

The 98 12valve owner is a good friend of mine. He called me last night to tell me what happened.

The output shaft said "adios amigos".

They upped the NOS shot two sizes from the previous runs. Said it was the hardest it has ever launched. Shifted 1-2, hit the lockup switch...and he said it sounded like an explosion inside the cab when it broke.

They should have it ready for the Nor-Cal dyno on saturday he said.

Big red CC..uhm..the Nitrous part of the truck was "supposed" to be secret cept' for the people that were there..thanks for letting the cat out of the bag ...No steak dinner for you at Cattleman's next weekend!

FJBiker86: DTT? Are you serious?! that thing has a $7000 Suncoast trans with ALL Billet shafts in it..just talked to J&H today, they said no problemo getting it warrantied and overnighted, we're taking the truck on the gooseneck to Redding in the morning
