I just don't think DHRA realizes who butters their bread in the long run......

What's the weight break for Work/Stock?

IMO - that's silly.

"Work/Stock"??? Gimme a break!

Mega off the showroom floor is 8200#....

Words have meaning, DHRA!

"Stock" I covered above

"Work" Can't even pull with a set of wrenches or spare ball aboard in 8K class

Makes it nice I just bought a 2.8 charger just because most local events & DHRA used the 2.8 rule. Now DHRA changes the rules, looks like I'll just pull the local events.

I guess we'll just have to pull for the fun of it, not like the purse was worth it anyways. Hell, think I'll just quit pulling in the DHRA all together.

did they change anything on the hitch rules of any class?

I heard they were changing to a length percent instead of a specified length, I am getting ready to move mine and don't want to do it twice.

Rules?

I'm sure the rules are not final. I would not make any changes yet since they are just reviewing them right now. There will be changes but I don't think it will effect many trucks. I spoke with Eric and only time will tell what the final rule package will be.

I think the only bad change is the 2.5 charger. nobody makes a 2.5 charger, they should have made it a 2.6 charger (66mm) this class would be a true street diesel class.
