Jake, when you put a Rockwall in it won't really matter how wide the frame or Dana are.. haha...
I'd just put a regular bed on it if the length is correct.. (I know you could get them in different wheel bases.. (Not sure about the CC's.) I'd just cut out the fender wells if they are going to hit.. Mounting the bed shouldn't be too difficult...
I think we'll be in Stephenville this weekend...

cut the flat parts of the fender wells out and weld in new ones after cutting holes in the bed floor, instead of having 10 inch or however deep they are, you could have like 20 or whenever you got to the frame rail, double the size of your wheel well and if done right it would look stock, if using a rockwell you are going to have to cut the axle down anyways, if your going to do it, do it right the first time, dont half-*** it, make it square, straight, and strong. bolt it in with a front "traction" tube that is long like a traction bar, top "squat" tube that will give you your ride height and work as a "bumpstop" and a rear "support" tube that will give it extra strength going to the rear of the frame. build you a prostock style adjustable hitch. lighten the rear up as much as possible, cut off all your brackets and extra metal, rockwells are heavy and you will need all the weight saved you can so you can hang it on the front. strip EVERYTHING off the truck that you dont need, should be a cab, bed, fuel cell, frame, and drivetrain. you dont need anything but that to pull so theres no use to having all that extra weight. atleast all that is what I'd do....

Update:

alright scratch just about everything I wrote in that last post.....

I bought a F-106 rear axle out of an F800, and I bought a Military Rockwell Front axle. now Ive got to find the gears I need I'm thinking about 6.70:1 with an scs drop box and a zero drag reveser. So basically everything that is in and on the truck except the frame, cab, and motor, are going.

Oh Yeah and the motor is going to the machine shop on monday.

is the rockwell steer axle a front or top loader, you said military so im gonna assume top loader, all those axles came with are 6.72 gears, i cant remember what the front loader rears came with, they had alot of options since they came in alot of trucks, i am also looking for a F800 4x4 truck for the axles and t-case for a project i got brewing in my head. another problem you might run into is driveshaft clearance with the front axle since its a top loader, especially since your running a drop box.

well I havnt got the front axle unloaded yet so I wasnt for sure what the gears are on it, and Ive got to pick up the F-106 mon. @ the wrecking yard.

and for the machine work.........bored. ported and polished, balanced, and some OTHER work....

I hope to have it at least able to pull by the Peach and Melon Festival next year. BUT the motor still probably wont even be close to its full potential by then. and Ill probably be in a class all by myself

Just an update.....

I got rid of the top loader and went with a fds-106 front steer.
I also bought two beds so i can stretch it to match the longer wheelbase.
The head is at the machine shop getting the porting and polishing and a few other tricks, and the block is going out nest month to get bored .020 over get it ready for a roller cam and some more tricks.

I'll get some pics up when I get the bed stretched and on.
