Sorry but billings is the next town over and with jasen prolly comin up I ain't going to be there. Plus I'm going to give a call or try and find out who's managing the track and see if I can work it with them for these trucks to run good. It ain't worth going to a pull unless you know they are going to put on a show and since I ain't got a truck to pull right now, by god I will make sure everyone else has the best darn track they can get in my powers.

Just got back from Billings. They have signs up showing which way to go. If your some reason you get lost just look for the water tower and go toward it the track is less than a block from the water tower, once you get that close you can't miss it. There is a fair going on at the same time and the track is right next to the fair grounds.
I walked the track, of course they worked it already. It has about 3in" of powder dirt on top of hard pack underneath. I'm sure they will water it down, also the track is on a slope in 300ft you probably rise/drop about 2ft. I would guess they would have you pulling up hill since you only have about 320ft of track between the tree line and a fence around the baseball field. Hope to see you all there.

They would have to cut a hole in the fence or load the sled very heavy. Of cource I know a few guys with wire cutters and trucks to pull fence posts. But you have to put it all back when your done pulling.

It isn't a members event, just an open event. I forget the the amount but I think it was around like $15 or so. The main thing is the track is awesome and its a lower standard event so its perfect for testing setups without letting to many people see whats going on. Plus I think we can run more than once if we want too.
