Good event.... at least the first day was..... I came home tonight but tomorrow should prove to be another sunny, hot, humid, but diesel smoke filled day for those who stayed.

Jeff Strothkamp from here in Mo won the 3 way pull-off in the street class and was using a 24 valve engine. The other 2 trucks were both Duramaxes. Tomac was one of them and he had boost leak issues of some sort.

Here is a link to some photos we took from up in the tower and around the track. I will try to add more when I get a chance.

Nice pictures Sheila! The TS truck's looked great and performed the same. Just wish I could have been in the sky boxes too. It was hot out there.

The Georgia boys came just couldn't keep it together long enough to win.
Jeff was trying to dial in his chassis and Sunday he nearly got the wall on a very greasy track. Darren Morrison opened Sunday with a 10.61 pass in that heat. I am surprised that hasn't impressed many considering Richards 10.59 is the only 4wd that has gone quicker. Darren then hurt the motor in the first round on a 10.83 and wasn't able to return.
You can't win if you can't finish, and you have to take your hat off to TS Performance for the win and No Limit for making it to the final round.
Good job guys...
