do it and get a vid, that will make sure you win, which there is no doubt you would but a camera is good insurance.
make sure to post the vid too.

I'd love to watch it. I drove a 1.8T a while ago and was impressed with it, but your truck might keep up.

I've got a 1.8T GTI. Haven't tracked it but plenty of others have.
Stock, mid-14 seconds in the quarter.
Just a chip will drop that a half-second...and they can get quite fast with additional mods, or when you take weight out if it..

Here's a lit of mods and times:

Are you running a built auto? If so, you will DESTROY that thing if it is really stock. Lots of my buddies used to have those cars, they scoot with mods, but stock nothing too impressive.

some of the VW's can be pretty impressive. i watched a tourag pull 345 feet at a truck pull one time. pretty sad really but impressive, i figured it would be a good demo video for a dealer to show just what i can do... cuz i know **** well people wouldnt believe it
