My grand daughter decided to collect pet food instead of presents for her 7 birthday party. She's not a rich kid with nothing better to do for her birthday, she just thought it was a good thing to do.

A little update.

This afternoon, Collin County Sheriff, Terry Box, presented Tatum a certificate of appreciation and a gold Sheriffs Office gold coin. Quiet an honor for a man as busy as the sheriff to take time out of his day honor a seven year old. That's Mom and Dad with her.
As typical for her, she was more interested in the animals than what was going on.

 

That is awesome. Such a BIG heart in such great little young lady. You must be one very proud grandfather. Keith
