With great sadness I sold my baby tonight I have it 8 years and it hardly gave me trouble but it was time for a change, I hope the new owner has as much fun with her as I did.

If all goes well I should have the new mega saturday so add another CR cross over to the list

That sucks man. I hope you like the CR more, sadly I regret selling my 01 so much, they don't make em like they use to. Over 300,000km on the clock and didn't give me a lick of trouble. More then I can say for my 04 with only 130,000km, that I baby a lot more

 

did you sell it locally? will you still get to see it once in a while?

did you remove any of the 'good stuff' prior to the sale? or did you sell it as is?

 

Sucks man---Still have my 2001.5 toy that built over the years ,but drive the 07 Mega DRW Auto 95% of the time if i can wrestle the keys away from the MRS.For creature comforts/quietness i like the newer one better but for just sheer power/cruising once in a while the 01 still but a halfa$$ grin on my face every time i fire it up.Just came bask from Alaska Cruise and Peace River area with the 07,about 3k in KM so i''l give her a rest for a bit,probable drive the 01 up to the lake this weekend with the Mutt---Mrs is away at her folks so its just me and the dog.I hope you like your new ride----DW

Glad the sale went OK. Having the family growing, I know exactly where you are coming from... Look ahead, it'll be fun! Hey, lets break it in on the 26 on the rolls...LOL...

 

Congrats, buddy. Enjoy the new ride. I had to back away from the new trucks for the time being. Hopefully next year, I get a replacement for my 08 1/2ton and I can keep my 02 just for a fun ride.
