Welding in that 3B I bet sure was fun. Great turbocharger, but a pain to install. The hot down pipe is easy but the discharge nozzle is pointed right at the passager fender. Not an easy air tubing. Your air tubes looks really good.
Could have taken the easy route like BD or ATS twins does and just run a long rubber 90deg bend 4in to 3in hose. I prefer the metal pipes to rubber hoses, nicer look to them.

So you are running both internal and external gates?
Looks like you are running the external gate so it is opening off of the intake manifold pressure? Imho I find it too spiky, and it causes the gate too open too quickly and modulate to frequently. The two issues I find with that are: If it opens too suddenly it can snuff out the secondary and makes the system feel sluggish. The second issue, is I find it hard to make the balance secondary to primary and the point to start the gate to open is rather narrow / sharp.
I prefer to run my gate off of the cold pipe pressure signal. It is less over all pressure and it is slower responding.

Rob here a picture explaining how to plumb in the external gate. We ran the supply pressure for the gate from the primary turbo. I used 1/8 air brake line and quick coupling fittings.
You have any pressure measurements for each turbo? At what pressure is the external gate opening at?

Off topic, but Mike, where did you get the fittings? I need a bunch of push to connect fittings to plumb my bag controler. Fastenall didn't have what I am looking for. Looking for ideas in Calgary. Ideally DOT approved if I can get em.
