I hate to say this but if you put a battery under the hood and use your stock tank, you'll clean-up the super street class Nobody in that class would even come close to the power that you'll have under the hood.

I would need to do a few other things too... I might do it. I still have the battery box under the hood. But I couldnt run a hood stack though... which sucks. I still do have the stacks hanging around though,,, maybe we will see

You could do a fender stack vs a hood stack. The only diff is a 90 degree twist. That and a single battery up front.
Like Mike said, it would make you one fast truck in super street.

Where the oil pan? You getting that painted as well? Where the two turbo oil drains at? I see the factory drain at the back of the block and an hydraulic fittings below the oil filter location. Cool project, buddy.

Just get some adjustable pressure reliefs. You local hardware store would have them or princess auto. Just get the ones for air, you probably get away with one that they use for paint guns.
I would run the primary on a static pressure like 35-40psi and start the secondary around 24 psi. Once you start driving the truck, adjust the secondary turbo pressure. Pressure gauges and a few thermocouples would make for decent tuning. The trick is to balance both turbos, and keep your drive pressure low. How much spray you going? The engine whats the maximum boost that the engine designed to run?
What kinda of condition does the gates look like?

I should correct myself abit. What springs are inside the gates?
I would run the primary off the primary pressure, limiting at 35 psi. This will help limit maximum boost.
The top turbo, run off the discharge secondary, as you want to start sharing the exhaust with the primary.
If you have real stiff springs inside the gates, drop the pressure settings down. The spring regulates how fast that the gate will open.
You could make it complex or simple as you want. You want to do is balance the exhaust flow.

These gates are JGS 60 MM. I thought they were ED, but after some extra research this is what they are. So I am thinking they should be pretty stiff
