no no issues. The one was low oil pressure for some reason and the others were the fan control and the low alt charge(stereo too loud i think)

I havent been doing anything, i worked 8 days in january. Now my crew and i are on the Course parade and getting every ticket possible and fatten up my resume at Nabors expense. How's work going for you, my brother says its slowed down for him, he's in weyburn working for southern range well service. I heard a rumour that it will pick up in august, then it will be flat out, fingers are crossed.

Chad.

Ya its not to bad here. We are still busy but i know alot of guys are sitting. We herd that we are suppose to be busy right till break up and then after break up they have another couple hundred fracs to do. So far they have planned about 300 wells this year and are suppose to average 20-30 fracs a month. But i know of about 5 companies out here that are not doing anything for drilling this year as oil is down. but we can all hope thats for sure.

eight days of work in January, I'm jealous. Works over rated anyways. I rather not work but they keep throwing money my way. One day my luck will change and I'll get sometime to time a vacation. Its been crazy busy here.

I just finding operating cost savings for companies. I review plants and show them how to reduce energy cost and maintance on there machines. I specialize in gas turbine/centrifugal gas compressor. I just got back from one job where the engine uses around $1500 of gas in a hour, of course that for around 32000 hp. They had two engine there that run none stop. Add it up, its $15 million dollars give or take a million, just for fuel. If you save few percentage points over a year, people start to listen to you.

I put on 2500 km this week in the hemi truck. I missed the rattler truck, Saskatchewan is perfect for driving fast. The hemi just dies out over 130 kph and I bottomed it out on a few roads. The cummins will keep on pulling hard until I pull my foot out of it. I average around 70000 to 80000 kms a year. This 02 has been Chicago a few times as well. I have to go there three time this year. Its been busy, but a good busy, trust me its all good. I've had a few bad years, when everyone else was out making big bucks, made me think about working for someone else. I just want to let people know its not all dark skies and raining heavily out there.

WOW, ummm wow i dont know what to say. Sounds like you got a sweet job IMO. I too usually put on about 70,000km a year but mostly in alberta. I sometimes wish i had tried a different career but i really love my job and looking after my boys on the rig. They are my family away from home, I just wish we had more work, my roughneck just bought a house and got married last summer. My derrickman, also got married, its gonna be tough for some of us but im sure when the patch goes its gonna blow. Untill then me personally im going to enjoy the time with my kids at home, 4yr daughter, and a 8 month old boy. I missed my daughter's full first year of life cause of work. I dont plan on missing the boy's first year. Im probibly just going to help cousin do siding on houses untill then or go framing.

Sweet might take Rig out on tuesday next week, just got a call. Things might be looking up.
