Northern GTG in Grande Prairie

Posting this up for Kelsie (duramaxgirl) for those that frequent AB Diesels, shes is trying to organize a dyno in her part of the province.

Hey guys I just phoned today about the two feathers dyno in Grande Prairie...
Its gonna be $125/hr to run... so thats approx $125 a truck...
The axle weight limit is 4500ilbs... so no duallys or jockey tanks/welding rigs ect.
I need a count of who is all interested and what size your exhaust/stacks are and then I can go from there,
not sure if I should look into getting someone to sponsor part of it so we dont have to pay so much to run or something...
ideas please!

Im looking at Oct 23...see how that fits your schedules

Unfortunately, they are the only game in town in GP and area... next closest is in Edmonton

I am sure if it is that weekend, I could make it for a spin on the rollers.

You should get at least 2 trucks an hour maybe 3 depending on how many pulls each truck makes and if they wanna do some tunning between runs...so $60 or so a truck is good deal....

Apearantly the guy that has the dyno says he can only run 8 trucks a day. Not to sure how many trucks are wanting to show up, might be more of a gtg if anything. But we'll see what kelsie says I'm still trying to get a hold of her so everyone will know for sure if this event will be a go or not.

If there is only 8 trucks for a day, I will still attend, just don't need to use up a spot..... I already had my 04.5 with 350,000 kms and just a Smarty Jr on the dyno, so I would be doing it just for S&G's!

Lol, well, so far it doesn't look like a huge showing so maybe only being able to run eight trucks will be fine, haha. If the cost is still 125 bucks I doubt I will bother running mine, gonna be an expensive weekend as is,two tanks of fuel, hotel and food, haha. Plus I haven't really made any noteworthy changes other than the smarty since I last dyno'd at afi.

well hopefully I can dyno my 12 valve to get a bace line for the mods I am doing this winter, I would like to hit 600. If the weather is real bad I probably won't haul it down and just bring my daily driver.
