You've got an automatic, so you only need one leg anyway, and only one hand to steer, so you should be ok. Unless you are already missing an arm and a leg, in which case, this is quite awkward.

Auto body reasonable .... only An arm an a one leg heh heh
Heck one of my Clients is an Auto body shop And i know them well and they do awesome work. Still would cost me small fortune for work . The only Good thing is the auto body shops are a little slow right now , They need that big snow fall that is so famous here that messes up like 600 700 cars in one day

I went to a couple shops for quotes on paint. One shop said they only do collision, not full paint! Wow, greedy buggers! Some shops can't be bothered to give a freshen up job I guess.

That was nuts.....I can't believe that I painted my truck outside and yet using using $145 a quart paint.Would of turned out even better if I had a booth...It was better than $8,000 to $10,000 I got qutoed for just the paint and no body work...

Dave I didnt realize you did that paintjob yourself,, that is a great job! Im in that vote myself, dont know what to do with my truck, I have a little bit of body work to do, and then it needs paint.. of course it has to be black, fussiest of fussy colors... but still all in all, I think I might just paint it myself, I have painted things before,, not a whole vehicle,,,, but hey,, how hard can it be (famous last words)

Don't let any body tell you that painting a vehicle should be do by a pro.I seen people that never painted a vehicle in their life do a job that was better than an body shop. Its no rocket science. When I painted my truck I took a risk, first I was told you should not paint one section at a time because of temp difference during painting could cause paint flip flop(shades in panels from to the other).I took the chance and the truck looks like it was painted in one shot. The only difference in painting a light or dark color,is the body work for dark colors have to be perfect.Another thing I do to the vehicles I paint is color sanding. This does take a lot time but gets rid of orange peel, inprefections and any dirty or bug that got into the clear. This is usually done for show cars also.On your base color don't do what I did on the Merc.I started to paint the base like I was painting enamel, this created tiger strips. You don't want to put base on thick at all,its for color and not build...
