I don't have the cam profile data on a CTD, but this is good data. To test all your valve seals you would have to rotate the engine by hand, if it doesn't start going on its own from the pressure.

You can buy that o-ring at cummin's. Put lots of grease on it prior to installing it. It will help it to seal. My air just leaks out of the intake and exhaust port bowls into the cylinders. I had my fingers crossed that it was a head gasket blown, but #3 and #4 cylinders at the head are leaking. So I'm trying to buy a replacement, I thought there was something wrong when I could only pull 35psi of boost. By the way the oring on the turbo elbow/nozzle is an metric sized oring and I've tried to make an thicker o-ring. It didn't fit together well. I live in Airdrie and I look all over for it, prior to travelling to cummins.
Chris, is you intercooler have a hole in it or your boots leaking? You can weld the intercooler.

I haven't pulled it out Mike but it is leaking from the bottom right corner beyond the boot. I have a new one coming from PDR and new boots from Peak. I thought about welding it but i figure with it being 12 years old whne and where will the next hole show up.

Are you offering? I could use one for when I start putting the 12v into my old Ford. Leaker or not, it will be atleast good for mock up. It can go in the corner with my mock-up block too.

Jason, you want a cam to spec out? I've got the one from the wrecked 24v you could mic up if you want. Just need some v-blocks and you could get all the duration and lobe centerlines out of it.

I think I may be getting the 12v ringed as well. No point in having big injectors and a decent turbo when you can't use them.

Hmmm. That would be interesting.. But I have zero time to tinker with it a this point. I am still trying to keep mine on the road with little fixes here and there. Thanks though!

Chris, you running air conditioning on your truck? If the PDR unit is thicker like my spearco, you might get a nice deep rub marks from the hood latch release lever. I have to modify mine before I buy another air conditioner condensor. This is my four unit since I bought the truck. Usually rocks put holes into the condensor, this time it was my hood. Make you wonder about the spearco unit as its from California and everyone runs air down there. We have to hook-up next week, I down in Fargo ND right now just finishing up work and wouldn't might hook-up with you 12v boys again. I need some away to start feeling good about the old girl. 2k for a new head, 3k for front end, just right after I installed a new transmission. It has to stop sometime, right Maybe I'll put on some fancy wheels to make me feel like all my hard work was worth it.

You get the extra heavy duty boots and clamps from PDR? Depending on how much boost numbers your going to push, you might need to double clamp the hoses to get them to seal-up. I kept on pooping off the hoses and air leaks. I like to see how your intercooler looks.

The boots are really heavy compared to the factory ones. Everything is sitting on the floor in my garage in the boxes they came in.Let me know if you want to drop in for a look see.
