lol,, no the paint is fine,, the bottom turbo mount is about an inch low... so my game plan after a night of thinking is this,, going to get a block made for the mount to lift it an inch,, then I will measure up the hot pipe and get it cut and remove the ammount needed,,, and then figure out what is going to be needed for the cold pipe

I would just build new stuff. Probably easier that way than working with the used stuff. Put the big turbo up where the alternator used to be. I would also dump the bottom wastegate and build a new exhaust manifold, designed with the a 50mm external gate. I just found out I have to build a motor and the oil pan doesn't fit.
Just a thought, you could run a single for the first race. The S480 is sized right, should be ok with the spray. Build/install twins later. Run a softer tune at Mission. Easier to debug the truck that way. Run on kill mode for Calgary.

How is the bottom turbo supported? Off the oil drain, like Source's twins? Get a spacer made for that with long bolts, and then get a spacer between the manifold and the secondary and clock everything until it lines up.

When you say it would be where the motor mount is, just the edge of the mount, or would the notch replace the mount?
Could you do a quick ruff ms paint, of the area that you think would have to be removed?
