Bought my M/Cab from Norlan Chrysler last summer. Truck was over DMC mileage already, and the price reflected that. I was given assurances that the front end had been gone through, and repairs made. I crawled under, and new parts were evident. This summer, while driving with the window down, I heard a nasty "rattle-rattle". The sound would only show up coasting, and would disappear with brakes on. Easy to diagnose as steering u-joints right? How abought with 20km since purchase? Talked to used manager, not even pushing for repairs, when he said they would repair at cost. Got 2 estimates, 1 for $800 and change, the other for $2100 and change. 800 involved only u-joints, 2000 involved u-joints, 1 ball joint, 1 tie-rod end, 1 wheel unit bearing, etc, Got it back from dealer today, $260, and new u-joints/wheel alignment. Couldn't bother with doing it myself for that price. I'm a happy customer
