drop in turbo to borrow?

hey all,

anyone have a drop in turbo i could borrow for a week or so? the long weekend is coming up and i need to pull a boat down south. i fear mine will disintegrate and don't need that away from the city with a boat in tow!

i have a turbo ordered from ED presently in the mail. i am hoping it will be here early this week. BUT, if it doesn't come in, does anyone have one i could drop in and borrow for a week or two? it can drop in with either a stock downpipe, or a 40 downpipe as i have the new dp in the garage . . .

i'm not picky with this, as it just has to get me by for a week or two. oh yeah - i promise i'll keep the boxes turned down!!!

I have a spare HX35 sitting around-I need it back for my brother's truck, but you can borrow it to get you through in the meantime. It came off a running truck-but I never ran it hard to make sure it was A-OK. Let me know if you want it-I can probably get it down Thursday or we can make arrangements to meet 1/2 way if you need it sooner.

What do you want to run buddy. I have my old GT3782R available, but you have to run the box on bro you should have got my custom S364 that I had on the go for ya. you would had your turbo. If you have the right turbo, why not run the power and drive the truck. I can have it off by mid week. I have to finish up here at the plant, man I hate warranty work. I could also offer a GT3788R over S475, you decide bro. I'm using my new truck for that weekend. I would lend you my truck but its not 100%, my pinion seal is toast. Man it gets old adding oil at 6:00am

I've got an HX35 or WH1C (not sure which) that will drop in with your stock down pipe. Give me a shout if you want it.

i really don't care what turbo i can get my hands on. if it's big i can turn the box up, if it's small i can turn it down. like i said, i only need it for 1-2 weeks at the most (if my own turbo doesn't make it in time, that is).

if you're free wednesday to meet/install it, that would be ideal . . . . that gives me monday/tuesday to allow the new one to make it here. plus, i am off on tuesday/wednesday and back to work on thursday. i leave for the weekend on friday morning.

thanx so much for the responses so far, sounds like i can grab a turbo to borrow, now i just need a hand from someone who has done a swap or two before to show me the ropes on changing them . . .

also, i have the mach 2's to install. so - if anyone is free to help install them today/tomorrow (sunday), tuesday, or wednesday - i would like to get these done. if you also have a turbo to offer for loan, that would be a bonus . . . . by no means do i want anyone to feel obligated, i'm just looking for a hand if you have the time and know-how!

ANYTIME of day on sunday, tuesday, or wednesday is good for me . . . .

ok, no twins for sure, just looking for a simple/quick drop in with with either the stock dp or the 40 dp. would also probably need a hand swapping them as it would be my first time.

i am only available today, tuesday, and wednesday - so who would be able/willing on any of these days? ANYTIME is good for me . . .

if available just give me a shout as i will only be able to check the computer periodically. here is my number: eight.2.nine five.0.six.2 (anti-spam)

We can arrange a twin trial if required. I also have a decent connection for injectors as well. I'm looking at buying a set of these baby's. It would make mach 6's look like an RV stick

I also have a set of brand spanky new 625's if required. I might have a set of 425's kicking around.
