Armor dyno event?

When we went to Red Deer last year for a dyno event, was that at Armor??? I think it was...

What to you guys think if I call them to see if they are having another dyno GTG this year?

We wouldn't ask Jason, because he broke the dyno last year...

Seems easier to get a GTG when it revolves around a dated event..

I already have email Donavan if he will have this event this year..Good reason for a GTG...

Need a better dyno than the one last year. Something with an eddy brake, instead of a foot brake.

This, or it might as well just be a nitrous shoot out.

Last years dyno GTG at Armour Inc in Red Deer was excellent although the usual "discussions" about the dyno.

I didn't run my truck on it but whose portable dyno & what type was it?

I ran my mild truck on the DPS Calgary Mustang dyno last fall & that dyno is an excellent loading dyno IMO. Perhaps another option for a dyno GTG?

Thanks Joe...I forgot about DPS...

Also I got a email from Donavo from Red Deer...He wrote:

Hey,

We usually have one end of August kind of thing but we should get something together for early spring here as I am sure there are alot of guys wanting to see what there trucks are doing after some changes over the winter.

I think we were talking to the DPS guys at the Armor event last year and they were talking about the hours and programming they put into their dyno. Seemed pretty confident they would be repeatable and dependable. I'm up for any GTG not sure if I would spin the rollers or not.

Why not? I need to see that 64 in action. I never got to run it on a dyno.

I have to say I'm curious if it makes any difference power wise, especially the top end. Seems to rev out much better.

Litespeed has a mustang dyno in Red Deer. We used that dyno a few years ago. The dyno we used at CWC was pretty generous to my 2010, and seemed to work once we got the load figured out.

NO2 always seems to make the dyno work, regardless of dyno.

I wasn't impressed with the dyno that we used for the armor event, seemed to have a few to many issues but I doubt that I'll have anything worth to dynoing this year anyways.
