I can't believe I missed getting video of your truck.While me and Shawn where waiting for your run,I got distracted by something(pretty little blonde I think) and didn't have my camera ready....I got other video...Doesn't NADP have full video of the event??

 

Dave, was it 2 blondes??? I got very distracted by 2 blondes yesterday.

 

Did you go back up yesterday?

 

I went back on Saturday....I should of spent the night in Edmonton.Really wanted to see the finals on Sunday...

we didn't get any of kevins truck, but we did manage to get dreavers run early sunday.

 

I think I might have some pictures with your truck in them, but no video. Got some of Garth (guy crazy at shifting his standard) and a few others who I am not sure of who they are. .............just checked and all I see with your truck in them is just pictures of you on Saturday. Just managed to see your go on Sunday. Hoped to run into you on sunday but we missed ya. Hope that you wer happy with your run!! It was awesome to see, and as I said on another thread you guys have gotten me hooked in this stuff!!!!!!!

 

i got some footage of it but its not the best i wasnt really looking through the lens much and its pretty shakey....cant seem to get it to load though....whats a good site to upload pics on?

OK I posted the pics of Kevins truck under the folder called Kevins truck and made a new folder called Garths run at blackout. That is on the photobucket website that kevin was talking about.

Yea garths crazy in that thing. He told me he's still running on the original U joints. I'm amazed that thing holds together. think i saw his rear axil jump back about 4 inches in the wheel well when he shifts. lol

That wiring in the back of the truck for your bottle heaters is visible in the pics even.

Who did that? It looks like they only had 30 min. to get things working.




Seriously buddy, after seeing what I saw, I suggest a look at fixing up some of that rats nest they did to your truck some day.......er........daySSSS to figure out and fix what they did and do it properly should be on the "to do" list. I have a feeling that some day soon instead of tranny issues, it's going to be electrical that will be holding you back.

If you didn't remember, go out and pull that fuse I showed you after reading this. The last thing your need is a record setting truck to burn down.

 

And when you pull that fuse, if you wouldn't mind throwing it in the mail to me. My power port still doesn't work
