Directions from the South.
For those of you heading here from the South, the easiest way to the shop is continue up Calgary Trail North (now called Gateway???) to 51 Avenue. Landmark is the SuperStore. Turn right (east) on 51 Avenue at go to 97 Street. Landmark is an Edmonton Police station. Turn left (North) on 97 Street and go up to 58 Avenue and turn Left. The yard gate between the two buildings will be open and we will be inside the "Assembly Shipping and Receiving" door. There is parking with plug-ins at no extra cost if you require this service.

I'm not happy about working this weekend and my wifey isn't helping the issue either. I wanted to do the road trip and see what kind of trouble we can find E town. There always next time (hopefully). Sounds like a great shop to hang out and talk some good old diesel bench racing. Have fun

Looks like everybody better dress warm. Snow fall up to 25cm and -23 tonight and -23 tomorrow as a high. Definitely will be the coldest meet I have attended.

I have the BBQ ready and the shop is kept about +18C so it will be warm. If you choose to hang around outside, bring your woolies. It's about -8C right now but it is expected to drop to -20C overnight with not a lot of change tomorrow. The roads are pretty much bare. I was as far south as Nisku today and no problems with the highway.

Drove all over southern Alberta on a job today, just got back to Airdrie. The #2 south from Didsbury to Airdrie was a sheet of Ice. I hope the roads are better for you guys making the trip, Drive safe.

The weather turned out bad for this one. I will still be showing up if the roads stay decent and it is not cancelled.
Just reinstalled my FASS after having it fixed so I have to give it the maidon run.
