Try the Gear Centre. Last time I checked they were $10 less per litre than the dealer, they sold it to me with the tranny.

Also I was going to dump and try the Amsoil after my break in.. Hmmm..

I put in Amsoil about 5000km ago, didn't notice any change with the shifting, so I'm happy with it so far,,,,,

Quite certain the previous owner had the C/ST in mine when changed last....But I'm looking at Amsoil MTG next. Price is right.

I was at Mopac in Calgary today picking up 5L of differential oil.

Redline MTL (for NV5600) = C$12/Litre
Redline MT90 (for NV4500) = C$12/L

Redline 75W-140 gear oil = C$14/L < what I run in my rear diff.

Redline 15W-40 engine oil = C$13/L < I don't run synthetic engine oil.

Have you checked out Red Line Oil available at Mopac?

I prefer Redline manual trans & gear oil & it was approx $12/L last fall but I haven't priced it lately.
I just bought some...price was right. Like 12 bucks a quart or so. Make sure to mix 50/50 MT90 and MTL if you're going Redline. What I got from Dave at Redline.

"Derek,

Thank you for contacting Red Line Oil, in your NV4500 to match the 75W85 viscosity called for we would recommend a blend of 2 quarts MTL and 2 quarts MT-90.

Regards, Dave
Red Line Oil"

Actually it varies look at their other prices for stuff (chemicals) on the sales flier

I buy my NV oil from them or CMP just phone either of them and ask the parts guy if their is any sale's coming up . I buy for 2 oil changes when its really cheap like last time I bought 12 and now i topped up I was going to buy it all but figured some one else may need some

I really don't even know what their regular price is at either Dealer

I Am going to talk to the Parts guys up in red deer and see if they will price match Kip is huge up there worst they can say is nope
