Roxx, Which turbo you putting on? The oil drain should still work, its just a piece of steel tubing on a flange. If you need to you can loosen the bolts on the turbine and compressor housings. Just rotate and adjust the fit until everything to fits. There are some issues, with certain turbo, but for the most part they just bolt in. Garrett turbine housing don't rotate like the holset. Lots of different turbo choices its hard to comment completely.

I just bought a drain flange and put in 5/8 in barb hose fitting. Ran a hydraulic line from the turbo to the drain tubing in the block. Watch for how close you get to the exhaust manifold as it does get pretty hot. I did this on for my primary twin turbo set-up.

You could also just cut some of the old drain tubing and run a new line.

My garrett and most S300 turbo can use the stock drain tubing.
Typically the biggest issue is getting the exhaust to bolt up. A exhaust cutter/recip saw and mig welder fixes that issue

Mike I plan on putting a S300G on with the stan's 4 inch all the way from turbo back. We did one few years ago that we had to change the return line so I just assumed I would have to do it again, plus clocking the turbo. which this time I will do the exhaust and turbo together. keeping everything loose till final fit and then make sure there is no clearance issues and stressing the turbo
