2002 dually rear rotor replacement

I am trying to change out a rotor on my dads 02 3500 dually. After pounding away with a sledge hammer with no results I did a search on here. Looks like I need to remove the axle shaft and the wheel bearings. Need 2 quick questions answered. How tight do I tighten up the wheel bearing on re-assembly? And does the new rotor come complete with studs? Just going to borrow a 2 9/16 socket for the job. Any other tips would be appreciated.

If you search my name, I know of I've posted this before. But IIRC, tighten up to 120 ft-lbs, then loosen a 1/4 turn. Also, IIRC, the rotor bolts to the hub, its not the studs that hold it in place. So your original studs should stay in place.
