Cool Traded 4 a 2011 (pics added

I bit the bullet and traded my 2006 QDLB for a 2011 CCLB, will take delivery tomorrow.

Got on the site last night and just wanted to thank everyone for the info I got here. Just getting caught up on the 4th gen. stuff.

Great site. I haven't been on in a while as my interests are spead thin and my 06 was doing just fine.

Thanks for the great info.

Congrats on your purchase decision. We'll wait til you take delivery before looking for pics! I also traded my '06 (thrid gen) "QDLB" for my '10 (fourth gen) "CCLB" - a bit of a train (ten inches longer) but still a great ride.

I guess I jumped the gun asking for pics when you haven't taken delivery yet. Congrats on the purchase. I'm sure you are very excited to have it in your driveway.

Flares Nerfs and Leveling kit Pics

Got the leveling kit, Pocket flares and Rhino nerfs installed today. I also threw some flaps on. I made the rears shorter than usual, I'm hoping they won't sail bad enough to melt on the tailpipe.

I like the truck. Decent power, nice comforts. Rides a bit rougher than the '06, must be the rear spring stack versus the over loads.

Installed the access roll cover off the '06 (and the '03). I Just had to install some new weather stripping
(5/16") on the rails. Looks good for being 8 years old. LOL.. Overall I'm happy with the truck so far.
Waiting on the Fusion replacement front bumper, chrome body molding and cab clearance lights (if not to big of a PIA). Waiting to hear if the cab is wired.

Thanks.
Me too!!
But the payment is only $40.00 higher than the '06. But I'm sure the ins. will be painful.

I Would have liked to have the flatulence evacuaters (cooled seats) but it appears they are only available with the bucket seats.
