Tail lights on camper not working

2013 Ram 2500, brakes, signals and brake lights all work on camper, no tail lights or side marker lights on camper. I checked voltage at female pins in truck receptacle and have 11 volts at the running light lug and 12.6 volts at lug for constant power to battery. When i test with test light the bulb will not come on on running light lug. test light lights up on constant power lug.. Dealer said to check all fuses on truck fuse box, I did that and found the cigar lighter fuse burnt is all. Any help would be appreciated.

I followed the harness from fusebox down to behind front wheel, did a test on the white with brown stripe wire on four wire plug harness, I had power at the test light for running lights, I went behind fuel tank above rear axle and cut open loom and found white wire with brown stripe. I probed wire and had no power when headlights were on. So somewhere behind fuel tank i am losing current. Dealer said it is one complete harness from front to back. I am going to splice in a piece of wire from where power is behind front wheel, and join it over back axle. Should solve my problem.

It sounds like you know what it takes to fix these kinds of problems - start where you have continuity, and move to the point where you don't have continuity...As you know, we can do little from this viewpoint but cheer you on, so thanks for keeping us informed......Ben
