Hey everybody - since I’ve had this truck (1.5 years), everytime after I turn the key on (engine not running) I get a loud vibration noise that seems to be coming from the passenger side dash area. It sounds like a compressor cycling and lasts for about 3-5 seconds. It cycles 2-3 times on average, even after engine running. Just in the last few days it has gotten much louder. Anyone have any ideas? What to check? Anyone with similar problem? Thanks ya’ll.

 

Sorry, no idea what this could be, but if this was my vehicle would start to try to isolate the source of the noise by pulling a few fuses at a time. Once you discover which fuse stops the noise, see what is on that circuit and go from there. Let us all know what is making the noise.
