Leather seats
I noticed what I thought was some chalk or dried leather treatment on the front left side of my drivers seat. On closer inspection I find that that the perforation piece has separated from the leather trim. It is about an inch long.
My 3 year warranty ran out on the 2nd of July and this truck only has 32,460 Kms. on it.
While at my dealer today I showed it to the writer who showed it to the Service Manager and they are going to open a file and then contact Chrysler to see if they will fix or replace the seat. I have bought and leased several vehicles from this dealer for many years and I hope they will do the right thing.
Has anyone else had the same problem?
