What options does it have? Most dealers are selling at invoice on the 2010s, or below a little bit. Check out edmunds.com and it will tell you what others are paying and what the invoice is on the exact model you are looking at....

I can almost always find a better price within a few months after I buy a vehicle - but I don't have the patience to wait more'n a few weeks after I decide I want something, so I am happy with the deal I get when I get it. Best time to buy is towards the end of the model year when they're trying to move those what-will-soon-be-last-year's-model's, and that's what you did. Besides, if you're happy with your purchase, then you got a good deal. Go drive it and have a blast! (congrats)

Probably a far price. I have been dabbling looking at prices for new ST 3500s off of ebay and the lowest buy it now prices I'm finding are out of Hickory NC at around $35,000, 2WD. Heck the STs are really well equiped when compared to my 93 D350 LE.

MSRP was 51256.00 i got it for 40200.00 I was going with the ST but there's a couple thing the SLT had that will be nice on trips. So i went that way. I also got 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and life time oil changes i had to buy it but still good to have. I sure like how the truck rides its a lot better than my 04.5. I think it was a good deal. i'm happy with it any way. so now some upgrades and mods.

I've seen $12k off MSRP in the last week on 2010 crew 4x4 trucks, so it sounds like you're right there within a few hundred.
I have a guy at work that asked if my current truck is for sale. I said not actively, but everything is for sale! Told him $16k and he's thinking about it... Crew cab would be nice for the grandbaby and other (less important) passengers.

I bought mine for $2,500 under invoice. The only option I didn't get was the rear DVD player. I'm very happy with this.

Seems fair. My sticker was 51k and I paid 39. That was invoice less rebate less holdback.

I just got my 2010 Laramie out of Beaverton, OR.
MSRP $53,225 -
Discount of $9,000 Plus Rebates of $3,750
For OTD Price of $40,500.
I called 25 other dealers and none of them would come close. They still have some deeply discounted SLT's Left, but no Laramies.

The best place is the dealer.
every one I went to was willing to print the build sheet showing the exact holdback and invoice pricing. Rebates are shown on the dodge website.
I have found quite a few dealers selling 2011 trucks for Invoice Minus holdback - meaning a great deal.
I got my 2010 truck last week from Northwest dodge in Beaverton, OR for $14,225 off MSRP. They still have some left. check out their website.
