dually spacer question

Anybody know if i can run a 1/4 inch spacer between my duals? will lugs be long enough?? will there be centering issues??? The reason i ask is that i want to run BFGoodrich All-Terrain TA's in 275/70/17. 265 BFG's fit no problems so i figured the 275 are about 1/4 inch wider so a spacer would be perfect

How much thread do you have sticking out past the lug nuts? That should answer your question. If you have the 1/4" plus a thread or two, then the spacers will go in just fine, if you don't have a 1/4" plus a little, then the spacers are not a good idea.

I've been told you can run at least a 1 inch they made have said an 1 1/2 inch without putting on longer wheel studs. With only a 1/4 inch spacer you shouldn't have any problems with wheel studs or hub centering.
