i'd love to see the window sticker or build sheet for that truck. C&C trucks are the only ones that get the Aisin trans.

maybe hes full of ****, or the dealer lied to him.. thats just what ive been told.. he said it had some HD aisin tranny with something like a 220,000km warranty (going from memory).. but it does shift odd, more like a gas truck.. i was in it towing a corvette on a light trailer and when he pulled out to pass anything it would down shift every time.. its always shifting.. i havent been in another 6.7 6 spd though, but i did watch some videos of one 2500 hauling a 43' 5ver and it shifted different.. like i said maybe hes full of it, it wouldnt be the first time..

Is this the auto thats in all the new 3500 series or is it a special option I didn't see when I ordered mine?

My order sheet lists a G56 tranny

The 68RFE is in-destructable with a billet converter! The reason I did not put quotes around the statement is because I have heard it, not said it.

Rest assured I am going to push mine to the MAXX though. I am getting a TQ Converter from ATS as soon as possible. Then with some other upgrades, I am pushing everything I can throw at it. If it breaks, 3-4k is not a bad price for a street/strip stronger version. I would just have enough fun trying it and providing the info to all of you.

You heard wrong...

Ronnie Pene, hes on CF, not here, has crushed quite a few of em. Ive seen his truck, its insane. Now he is runnin 800+, but the upper limit of the 68 in its stock form is not much over 500hp.

Suncoast has the most dependable 68 on the market right now. According to the guys running 600+ rigs.

SWEET, at least there is someone out there able to break one. What does he do with the truck? Race, Pull, Street?

At those power levels, what is the killer? Other than power output.
