Don't know if this has been posted here or not, but all the air goes thru the A/C evaporator after the fan, dust and dirt, combined with mosture from the A/C makes a mud blockage, heard on another board that the heater box HAS a place for a Cabin Air Filter, but it's not cut out, Drop your glove box and it's right there,cabin air filter #5058693AA and a lid #68052292,they fit 2010 compass,avenger,caliber ect, I got them and sure enough it was a 15 min improvment that will ssave me from haveing to pull the dash to remove the box. Forums are a great wealth of info!!!
