4k in the bed

This pipe weighs right at 4k plus I had a couple hundred pounds of bolts in there with it. I was surprised that the truck didn't squat at all.

I put 5000 lbs on a '73 Chevy 3/4T about 6 times over 15 years and moved it up to 60 miles. How far did you have to move the pipe?

I don't mean to "snipe" the thread, but, what is that large "framework" in the suspension? I have an 11' and if that helps "I want one."

Those are ladder bars. I installed to stop wheel hope. I took the piece of pipe to a fabrication shop to have some bolts welded on. The shop was only ten miles down the road.
