Stolen Cat-Time for deletes
I just had my Cat stolen off my 2011 stock Laramie Longhorn for the second time. I've been wanting to install a DPF and EGR delete for awhile, so now I have an excuse.
Yesterday I ordered a RaceMe tuner, DPF (not turbo back) and EGR delete kits and should be installing next week. Is it as simple as removing the correct parts, installing the new ones and programming the ECM? Do I need to worry about codes being thrown on the 2011 with the new installs? Thanks guys.

I did my 2011 Laramie earlier this year; RaceMe, DPF delete but left the EGR in place for now. I have put around 6000 miles running on economy setting (+40 HP) easy 2 to 3+ MPG increase, no codes, no issues and no regrets. It took a couple hours.

The EGR cooler was the biggest pain for me because one of the rear nuts holding it down was cross threaded at the factory, which made it extremely slow to get it off. I'm not sure about RaceMe, but H&S recommends with their tuners to program the truck first to make sure their isn't any issues, then do the delete.
