I ran a toyota tundra today and got my as# handed to me. I know its not a race car, but ill have none of that. 1800mi on her. I guess its time to tune and delete

 

those tundras are peppy. i drove one and i think it has to do with the 4:56 gearing but thats ok.....nothing can stand up to a modded cummins diesel

 

The best selling point was seeing my buddy tune and deleat his 09 duley.Then beat on it for years with out any problems. Man what a truck! Im wondering if I should get a pyro with the Mini Max? Any input?

 

Next time load each truck down with at least a 9k lb. trailer (or whatever pitance the Tundra maxes out at).

The Tundra's are fast no doubt and they are pretty reliable trucks. But the 5 mpg towing is brutal and 13 empty on the highway is just plain wrong. I had a guy at one of the job sites say "want me to haul that dump trailer for you?" I told him sure, till he found out the trailer and load weighed 14,000 pounds and had massive tongue weight. He then had to put his tail between his legs.
