Hey guys, the last time I had a tuner on my truck was(is) my 02, So Im not familiar with these new OBD2 plugin type tuners, I loaded mine (H&S XRT Pro) in on the stock setting last night after finishing the deletes and it took nearly 15 minutes to load. Is this normal for these tuners or at least what they do the first time they load up? Is the Smarty any faster? Seems like an excessive amount of time to me.

 

Perfectly normal

The Smarty on my 08 would take about 10 mins to load.

Dads 02 is done in about 4.

Logical progression of smarter computers that require more and more data to be rewritten, and ergo, more time to rewrite that data.
