So i just purchased a 2011 Ram 2500 Megacab 4x4. the previous owner mention that he had an issue with the horn. he pulled into a gas station and the horn just started going off on him. he pulled the fuse for sake of embarrassment. lol he installed the fuse later and it was fine then a later drive it started going off again randomly. any words of advise on this issue?? i know there was and update at one point in the steering column but not sure what it entailed..

 

There was a recall for the clock spring, but I think it started a year after your RAM. You can check for recalls at the NTSB website by entering your VIN. It does sound like a clock spring issue but may be chaffed wires anywhere along the way.
