The wheels on my 2014 RAM are Alcoa OEM Aluminum 17 x 6 and the two passenger wheels are severely scratched due to my wife being forced off road into a "mud" pit....while trying to get out, she spun wheels causing considerable surface scratching. CAN THEY BE REPAIRED? I read on a 2013 post that they are clearcoated...so I wonder if any business does re polishing and recoating? They are bad enough to want to replace. ANY RECOMMENDATIONS APPRECIATED!

So, if not fixable any advice on new wheels that look nice on a praire coat painted truck, would be welcome. Tires are new so do not want to replace them. Truck was bought new in Jan.

 

Can you post a pic of the damage? If you can show a couple good pics I may be able to point you in a good direction to fix them.

 

Mine had some blemishes and i had them re cleared after a buff. It can be done!
