The mileage will pick up but it will be slow. Basically it's you learning how to drive the truck different from your 06. At least that's how it went with me.

No experience on the leveling kits out there. One thing though that I've heard from my tire guy is if you level it get the adjustable track bar to go with it.

Congrats on the new truck.

I have just over 3000 on my 2012, mostly towing my camper. I know its pretty low milage but I am still only getting around 10 mpg empty, and 9 loaded. Also I have hell bent leveling on mine and it works just as good as the other ones I have used on my other trucks.

I used hell bent on my 02 and 07 and never had an issue there built pretty much all the same hell you could make one if u had a welder and torch very easy as far as mpg i just got a 2012 last wk and hell im getting pretty good mpg. In my 07 5.9 i would run to work witch is three hrs away and at 137 miles and make there on a 1/4 of tank with the 012 little more then a 1/4 of a tank now i live in the dirty south gulf coast so that may make a deference. Either way dont worry itll get better any engine will gas are diesel once a few miles gets behind

The 6.7 wont compete with the 5.9 in the milage department.

It will however perform just as good, if not better in everything else.

And the 4th gen truck its wrapped in, well, youve got the cream of the crop.
