Turbo Failure update

First posted 1/17/12 about "failed Turbo" diagnosis from Dodge Dealer in SoCal. 72 days later after replacing the complete long block with a HO 2012 It was ready to be picked up.(All along I told them the head was fried) Dodge offered me the 2011 with a new motor plus cash for my inconvenience or a new 2012. I took the 12. During the process I learned that the 2011 would be "Salvaged" title in California and no one at Dodge knew this would occur. The new 2012 identical to the 11 and Dodge moved toolbox, nerf steps, 2" leveling kit to it. Point of this thread is not to slam Dodge but stay informed about your states lemon law procedures.

Glad to hear you got it taken care of.

Those who spew excrement, often do so blindly. I have always had good luck with my trucks at the dealers I have had them worked on at. I am a firm believer that a good, honest, respectful conversation goes a lot further than arrogant demanding.

Until said demands must be made that is.
