Transmission "barking" into 4th

So the 2014 mega is having the "bark" shifting into 4th that I'd read about on here previously. Only does it under load, but does seem to be getting more frequent/less load required to cause it. Problem is, after searching for the thread it was in I've struck out after over 30min and 10 pages.
Wondering what anyone has figured out about this...is it "normal", an issue I need to get fixed immediately, or something that will eventually need attention?
Thanks
Nick

Aisin or 68RFE? My sons 2013 Aisin was shifting harshly but an updated flash cured it and now shifts smoothly.

I am curious to this as well. I have a new 16 mega and it does the same thing, mine tends to chirp when under light acceleration from 3-4, and is noticeable enough for concern. From what I've read so far, seems to be an issue with megacab more than the other bodies. Working on getting mine documented with the dealer now. Have read that some ppl who had tcm/pcm updates from the dealer to alleviate this actually made it worse.

Thanks rip. I haven't taken mine in yet. I've noticed its much worse after it gets warmed up. Keep us updated on how yours goes. I have been putting off taking mine because I was afraid it'd end up worse or with another problem. Besides the fact that I've just been way to busy to take it 40 miles and deal with it.

So an update, had it fixed. The dealer ended up putting a new valve body in the tranny, however, it's back to doing it again. It's been about 60k since it was done. Truck now has 114,000+ miles so going to do a delete and get the trans tune to see if that helps. Just an fyi update
