It would either be an NG engine or Diesel. The internals are very different such as compression ratio and piston design. I have worked with the compressors in the stations for filling those.

you can do a CNG injection (similar to propane)

Awesome article! Does anybody have more information on this? Maybe I could do a little research on prices and instructions and post them.
