Flange on the forward end and a slip joint and exhaust clamp on the tail end. NOX can is the one with two flanges. Cat is the funky one in the downpipe.

I had a buddy out West give me the down pipe and what I thought was the NoX filter off a 2012 to stick on my 06.
Exhaust was hot and didn't have any scent to it, like it did the last time I stuck a DPF on (though it was a cat then to). Four nuts, two clamps and I can change that one out for the other.
