2017 Won't start, reboots with a clunk
49k miles, less than 18 months old.
When I turn the key to ON, I get a long diesel preheat notice, which is odd because it's not cold. Then when attempting to start, I get a clunk and everything goes out and reboots.
It did this a few weeks ago. On the sixth attempt, or so, it started and has been running fine ever since. Though being more watchful, I think a couple times, the radio did a much longer boot-up than normal.
Could this be just batteries? Already? Or something bad?
Is it okay to attempt to jump start these computer-driven pickups?
