2012 150k miles non deleted

runs fine in town towing or not. Hop on the highway and it’s fine for a period of time (30-45 minutes) maybe. Give it gas, no spool. Pull over, turn truck off then restart and it’s spooling just fine. Changed fuel filter twice in the last 2,000 miles just to eliminate that. No engine light or codes. Any help is greatly appreciated

Can you get fuel pressure and pump pressures?

I don’t have a way of doing that but that’s the direction I was leaning. Seems like it’s losing pressure. I understand there’s a filter on the pump assembly in the tank. I hate to parts change but I was debating doing that
