Clicked the button tow haul light came on the dash locked out 6th but no aggresive downshifting like it did before ??

Any Ideas ??

If its cold out will the truck still downshift agressively in tow haul or is that locked out for safety.

i notice that my trans does not shift right and my ex brake does not come on until i reach 80 - 90 degrees in the trans. hope this helps
