XM Radio Activation Issues in 06

XM Radio Activation Issues in 06
Hello All,
I've done it all, refresed via siriusxm.com called sirius, and called again. They are as confused as me, but all I can get is the preview channels 184, and 2. They both come in loud and clear, but my radio wont activate.. anyone else have this issue and if so, how did you fix it? Hammer anyone?
