wiper problems

So i have replaced the wiper motor and my wipers started to work on the highest setting but very slowly. I was told to try the relay. I have searched the truck and Haynes manual and cannot locate this relay. It is not located near the fuses. I need some help.

Livin - I have the same problem did you ever find the relay and did it fix it? It has been suggested that there is a module under the dash that is a $300 dealer item and that fixes it but that is all I know.
