I have a 2003 dodge diesel and it has an annoying whistle in warm weather especialy if the wind is blowing (headwin/crosswind) its driving me crazy. My dealership thought it was the windshield but it does not leak and the sound does not go away with the windows down. When its cold outside it will not do it, Anywone else have this problem?

 

i used to have somthing like that, same thing, windows down, no matter.
Mine was the seal between the door and cab, I loosened the hinge bolts and adjusted teh door just a touch, did the trick for me.

 

Do a search in 3rd gen for door seals. I remember reading about some updated seals that might solve you problem. IIRC they were like 20 bucks?
