I have the same problem on the drivers door and it happens whenever I am travelling faster than 30. I think it has to do with the ice/snow storm that happened here a couple of months ago. Perhapse the ice/snow got between the truck and door and caused a small gap. I believe I will be taking it to the dealer to get it re - aligned, the noise drives me crazy and I don't want to just turn up the radio. You can not hear it from any other seat.
