Try the Home Depot. I got a Husky torque wrench there for $70.00 dollars and I believe it goes to 350 lb-ft. It was the cheapest I could find locally with out going online to Sears, Snap-on or Mac Tools.

Some tool shops have torque mulipliers for cheaper,they are like a gear box with a handle and an input and output side for drive.But they are heavy and bulky.I recently saw a little unit you just plug a socket onto and then attach a rachet to the other side and it shows your toque in a digital read out but it only went to 90 ft lbs.
